Emergency & First Response Shelters are the multi-tool of shelters at the scene of an emergency. With no awkward metal poles to slow installation multiple shelters can be up and ready within 15 minutes of arriving on scene. Ideal for command posts, casualty management, triage and treatment, temporary morgues, media centers and tactical centers.
Emergency & First Response Shelter Benefits:
Quick Installation Time: The Emergency Shelter can be setup on grass, snow, gravel or any hard surface in as little as 15 minutes with two installers.
Compact and Portable: Several shelters can be stored and transported in a pickup truck, box truck, enclosed trailer or a standard cargo van.
Dual-Chamber Inflation Manifold: The Emergency & First Response Shelter has an inflation manifold that divides the 12 shelter legs into two separate alternating support systems. If one system should fail the other is strong enough to keep the shelter from coming down. The shelter can then be repaired onsite using the supplied patch and repair kit and within minutes be back to normal.
Weather Resistance: The one-piece exterior shell of the Emergency & First Response Shelter is watertight and extends to the base of the shelter where it then wraps underneath the support legs. This creates a seal between the shelter and the ground and provides excellent protection from rain, wind and other harsh weather conditions.
